Steps to take if you have a claim to report:



Prevent any further damage or loss to your home. Take pictures of any damaged items you may have to discard before your adjuster visits, and save all your receipts.

Review your Florida Family Insurance policy to make sure we provide your coverage for wind and hail.
Submit your claim by calling 888-486-4663 or by logging in to the policyholder portal. You can also submit your claim via email, just be sure to include your name, policy number, property address, a phone number where you can be reached, and a brief description of the damage.



Be very cautious of contractors and vendors that approach you after the storm and offer to help you repair the damage to your home. You could put yourself in financial risk by signing an Assignment of Benefits agreement. Before you sign anything, read this!
