| View in browser   December 12, 2024 \| Login   AGENT BULLETIN: Updates Scheduled for Tonight Including DP3 Roof Deductible and Form Updates Portal Maintenance Notice Our Agent portal will be unavailable, Thursday, Dec. 12, from 6 PM - 11 PM EST as we implement the updates below: DP3 Roof Deductible Endorsement Effective 1/31/25 for wind/multi-peril DP3 new business and renewals A 2% roof deductible will automatically apply when the roof is 8 years or older and if the roof type is not metal.  For roofs 7 years and younger, the agent and policyholder have the option to add the endorsement for a credit. The policyholder has the option to reject the Roof Deductible Endorsement by signing a rejection acknowledgement and returning it before the renewal effective date. Please note that executing the Option to Reject Roof Deductible Endorsement will result in a premium increase and a subsequent billing will be processed. Roof Deductible Related Forms (Also available in the Resource Library) Roof Deductible Endorsement: FFIC \| FFHIC Option to Reject Roof Deductible Endorsement: FFIC \| FFHIC Roof Deductible Disclosure: FFIC \| FFHIC Notice of Change in Policy Terms: FFIC \| FFHIC Form Expiring: Cosmetic and Aesthetic Damage to Floors Effective 1/31/2025 for FFIC new business and renewals, the Cosmetic and Aesthetic Damage to Floors – Special Limit of Liability form will be replaced by the Matching of Undamaged Property endorsement. Applies to FFIC HO3, HO6, and DP3 policies Related forms: HO Endorsement \| Notice of Change DP3 Endorsement \| Notice of Change   Now Available - Pay Plan Changes For insured-billed policies, you can now edit the pay plan type within the agent portal. Search for the policy, click Edit the Policy, expand the Mortgagee & Billing section and select and submit the new pay plan type.  Have a question?
