Effective immediately for new business:
The Coverage A maximum has been increased from $400,000 to $500,000
The Coverage C minimum for owner-occupied usage types (primary, seasonal, and secondary) is now $30,000. It remains at $15,000 for Rental and Short-Term Rental only.
